Her approach is grounded in CBT and integrates attachment-based, psychodynamic, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapies. Celine tailors her work to each client, helping them develop effective tools and create lasting change.

Celine holds a Master of Science in Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Applied Physiology and Sport Management from Southern Methodist University. She is trained in EMDR, an evidence-based approach widely used in the treatment of trauma and related concerns. Her past clinical experience includes supporting adults navigating eating disorders and body image issues at Eating Recovery Center, as well as therapy with individuals struggling with substance use and complex life circumstances at Homeward Bound.
Celine’s specialized training at Dallas CBT is focused on exposure-based therapies for anxiety, OCD, and related disorders across the lifespan. As an LPC-Associate and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor Intern, Celine is under the supervision of Christopher Epstein, MA, LPC-S, whose expertise includes attachment-based work, psychodynamic psychotherapy, and substance use and addiction.
In her free time, Celine enjoys taking and teaching pilates, Katy Trail walks and talks with friends, trying new Dallas restaurants, or reading a good psychological thriller.
