Dr. Ebarb is a dedicated therapist specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and strengths-based approaches to treat a variety of issues across the lifespan. Her therapeutic style is deeply rooted in multicultural and intersectional frameworks, ensuring that each individual’s unique lived experiences and identities are honored and integrated into the therapeutic process.

Dr. Ebarb’s approach helps clients navigate their challenges by leveraging their strengths and fostering a sense of acceptance and mindfulness. She believes in the power of understanding each person’s background and experiences to provide personalized and effective therapy. Combining evidence-based practices with a compassionate and inclusive perspective, Dr. Ebarb supports her clients in achieving their personal goals and enhancing their overall well-being.

Dr. Ebarb received her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Indiana State University and completed her clinical internship at the North Texas VA Healthcare System in Dallas, Texas. She earned her Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Indiana State University and her bachelor’s degree in psychology at Baylor University in Waco, Texas. She has an extensive background and training in trauma-informed care, personality features and functioning, and suicidality.

Dr. Ebarb is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Integrative Behavioral Couples Therapy (IBCT), and other therapies.

Dr. Ebarb is a Texas native and in her free time enjoys traveling, cooking or exploring cuisines, binge-watching TV dramas, working out, and spending time with her partner and three dogs.

Dr. Ebarb is completing her final steps in independent licensure and is supervised by Dr. Katie Croft-Caderao.
