Staff Psychologist

Dallas CBT is seeking a full­-time licensed psychologist to provide cognitive behavioral and other empirically-supported therapies. This position offers opportunities for flexibility with scheduling and caseload, pursuit of clinical interests, full administrative support, a positive collegial environment, and consultation to enhance clinical skills. Ideal applicants will 1) have graduated from an APA accredited doctoral program in clinical or counseling psychology, 2) demonstrate strong clinical skills in CBT, 3) demonstrate interest in working within an upbeat group private practice setting, and 4) have obtained full licensure to practice psychology in Texas. Financial compensation will be based on percentage of billings, and percentage will be commensurate with clinician’s experience level.  Applicants with provisional licensure may be considered for a Provisionally Licensed Psychologist position, which may transition to Staff Psychologist upon completion of full licensure.

Staff Therapist (LPC or LMFT)

Dallas CBT is seeking a full­time licensed professional counselor (LPC) or licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) to provide cognitive behavioral and other empirically-supported therapies. This position offers opportunities for flexibility with scheduling and caseload, pursuit of clinical interests, full administrative support, a positive collegial environment, and consultation to enhance clinical skills. Ideal applicants will 1) have graduated from an accredited master’s program in counseling, 2) demonstrate strong clinical skills in CBT, 3) demonstrate interest in working within a group private practice setting, and 4) have obtained full licensure to practice independently in Texas. Preference will be given to applicants who are LPC-Supervisors.  Financial compensation will be based on percentage of billings, and percentage will be commensurate with clinician’s experience level.

Assessment Therapist

Dallas CBT is expanding our specialty services to include attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and learning disorder (LD) assessment and are looking for a psychologist with testing experience to join our assessment team.  This psychologist position would devote at least a portion of its time to testing, with flexibility to also provide psychotherapy services, according to your preferences.  Ideal applicants will have solid training and experience in both ADHD and LD testing and have graduated from an APA accredited doctoral program in clinical or counseling psychology. Financial compensation will be based on percentage of billings, and percentage will be commensurate with clinician’s experience level.

Post-Doctoral Resident Position

We are seeking one postdoctoral resident for a full-time clinical position with supervision and training focused on enhancing cognitive behavioral and exposure therapy skills.  Ideal applicants will be enrolled in or graduated from an APA accredited Ph.D. program and demonstrate strong clinical skills in CBT and interest in working within a private practice setting, and have licensure exams (EPPP, Jurisprudence) completed or underway.  This position has the potential to lead to a staff psychologist position at Dallas CBT following the post-doc year.  Financial compensation will include a $35,000 base salary and 20% of all billings beyond base salary. Based on an average caseload, salary would range from $52-$58,000.  In addition, a part-time rotation at the Center for Medical Psychology at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Plano involving outpatient assessment and treatment of patients with acute or chronic medical conditions may be an option for interested individuals.

Practice Administrator

We are seeking a full-time practice administrator to aid in day-to-day operations, coordination of care, professional networking and marketing, and community outreach. Administration responsibilities include scheduling, communication with clients and professionals, record-keeping, purchasing, and billing. Ideal applicants will be organized, efficient, able to perform well in many roles, and will share in Dallas CBT’s authentic and invested approach to our clients and company culture. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and experience working directly with customers. Compensation will range from $35-$40,000 annually, commensurate with professional experience.
