Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT is an evidence-based approach to treating anxiety disorders and depression. CBT focuses on identifying, understanding, and changing thinking and behavior patterns. We only use therapy that has been proven effective by scientific study through randomized controlled trials. Empirically support treatments are treatments that have outperformed control conditions (such as placebo) in two or more clinical trials by more than one investigative team.
